What's New in SuperCare3SuperCare3. This is a completely New Program & will replace the existing SuperCare with over one hundred enhancements over the current Supercare. With more than fifty new reports plus a New Client Server Database which will work up to ten times faster over your network. Bookings are no longer in separate weekly files. Bookings are now kept in period files with customable periods demanded by Social Services. No need to transfer to Invoicing anymore as you can invoice live from SuperCare3. Bookings - Each week is displayed as before but days are grouped together for easier recognition of visits per day. Standard Weeks are now on one page allowing you to choose which weeks to supply care for on each transaction with each day grouped together. Use SuperCare3 over the Internet just as another user. PCAnywhere is not required. Use SuperCare3 from home without tying up a computer in the office. Never have to Rebuild files again with the new Client Server database, you can have a power cut or un-plug your computer while running SuperCare3 and your data is secure. Data can also be encrypted to make it impossible for anyone else to read data if copied from computer. All data is written to files immediately. Service provided and all Reports can be sent via Email, Fax or Internet. Electronic Invoicing by Email or File. The current SuperCare will remain on computers for historical data. Care Standards & CRB ChangesThe Care Plan section of SuperCare3 has been completely re-designed and now handles all the new requirements for National Minimum Standards including Risk Assessment and Service User Assessment. You can design your own Care Plans in a edit window very much like Microsoft Word with full formatting and text enchantments. The Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure Checks. We have added the new Care Worker Statement that they have No Criminal Record plus the Statement of any Convictions that they do have. Standard WeeksThe Standard Weeks screen has been condensed onto one screen with each Visit having selection of Care Worker for four weeks A, B, C or D. It is also possible to make each booking active or not active for any of the four weeks, alternatively you can make the booking Active or Not Active without altering the settings for any of the four weeks. It is now possible to add Booking Types from the Standard Week screen to save having to open the Contract screen. Contract Hours can also be updated from the Standard Week screen. With the new security options, if a user has a low security code then they would not see any cost or charges displayed. Days are now grouped together, making it much easier to check Visits. There is also a new option to Export the Bookings for Standard Week to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, HTML, CSV, etc. We have added a number of new reports to the Standard Week screen to make it even easier to manage the standard bookings. All Standard Week Visits for Week ‘A’ will be transferred from SuperCare to SuperCare3 when your software is updated, but you will then need to select staff for other weeks if required. Service Users Care PlanThe new Service Users Care Plan screens are designed to make the job of creating Care Plans a lot easier, and has been completely re-designed to handles all the new requirements for National Minimum Standards including Risk Assessment and Service User Assessment. SuperCare3 will the print the Care Plan as well as the pages for reporting on each visit to the Service User. SuperCare3 can also produce a personalised copy of your Service User’s Guide, Statement of Purpose and summary of the complaints procedure with updating history record. National Minimum StandardsThe new long awaited Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care Agencies came into force on 1st April 2003 SuperCare3 has been updated to cover everything within the National Minimum Standards. A full copy of the Minimum Care Standards are integrated within SuperCare3 and as amendments are released they can be downloaded into SuperCare3 from the Internet. As you navigate through SuperCare3 the regulations are displayed on the relevant screens to remind all users of the new act. Registered Persons screen which is password protected displays all the relevant details of the act and reminders of dates for reviews, Surveys and updates to documentation. They form the criteria by which the National Care Standards Commission will determine whether the agency provides care to the required standard. These standards establish the minimum required; ie they identify a standard of provision below which an agency providing personal care for people living in their own home must not fail. This ensures the protection of service users and safeguard and promote the health, welfare and quality of life of people living in their own home. Security FeaturesThe new security features include:

A number of extra Time Sheets are available with Landscape and Portrait options as well as several different layouts to choose from. Many new management reports are available: Hours completed by week or month showing charges and cost with profit on charges. Total hours for each Visit type with charges and costs. Care Worker absenteeism report for week, month or year with graphical printout. Care Worker Manual which can be updated as required with a history of updates required by National Minimum Standards. Service Users guide which can be updated as required with a history of updates required by National Minimum Standards DiaryThe new diary in SuperCare3 allows you to use it as a normal appointments diary with a numbers of different reports available by day, week or month. The main use of the diary is to log Service User calls, contacts with Social Workers/Family and holidays and respite care etc. The entries are transferred to the Service User’s Log for quick viewing at any time. We have added a number of new reports to the Service User’s Log to make it much more powerful in the way data is displayed. The diary can also be used for recording Care Worker absenteeism and holidays etc. The entries are automatically added to the Care Worker Log for easy viewing and reporting with a number of enhanced reports. The diary also has a To-Do section where any outstanding tasks can be entered and a history log can be amended as the task progresses. The To-Do section is ideal for tracking policies that you may be bringing into force because of the new National Minimum Standards. Each member of staff can have their own personal diary that only they and the Manager can access. (Due in June Update)There are a number of security levels within the diary so that only the information that you wish each member of staff to view, is displayed. Health & Safety + Moving & HandlingHealth & Safety of Service Users & care workers is a major issue of concern in the provision of personal domiciliary care. SuperCare3 covers Standards 11-15 with full documentation of standards and policies.

Powerful New Invoicing SystemThe New Enhanced version of SuperInvoice3 has many improvements over earlier versions. SuperInvoice3 uses the new Client Server database engine that has been added to SuperCare3. There are a number of changes that will make Invoicing easier. There is no need to transfer Visits to invoicing any more because SuperInvoice3 creates the invoices direct from SuperCare3 with a live link. This makes it easy if you wish to delete a Invoice because the bookings were not correct and then re-invoice the service user again. It is now very easy to add and remove transactions from a created invoice. Selecting booking types has been enhanced with prices automatically being added, with the option of changing the charge. There are a number of new reports for managing outstanding invoices with a enhanced Statement creator, where you can select the transactions to be printed. The Special Invoice section has been updated to make it easier to create on off free format invoices. You can now have a unlimited amount of invoice groups with up to ten different invoice layouts. Invoices can now be sent via Email, Fax or Internet. We can set-up the Electronic Invoicing to any format that may be required by your local Social Services. _______ We can also link to most Call Monitoring systems via SuperCare3 or SuperInvoice3. |
